Since my girlfriend wanted to start playing x-box with me, we decided to get another controller. This one is perfect because it will match the color of her car when we paint it.
When the headset is on mute the "GAMESTER" lettering is red. When its off mute the "GAMESTER" is green. The headset is a lot more comfortable then the one that I have that goes over the ears.

Undoubtedly the XBox version of GR2 is better. The same was true for GR1.

Neat headset, but I can't stand 3rd party controllers.

Integra Type R
Nice.

Is GR2 better on the Xbox (like everyone said it would be) than on the PS2?
I never played GR2 for the PS2 but I have been very very happy with GR2 for the x-box so far. Driftgod talked me into getting this game and my girlfriend and I have put a lot of time into it since last sunday. The co-op online is just awesome! In some of the modes you go thru the entire level looking for enemies. The most I have seen was 152. The AI is very hard at times and can snipe you with a headshot like nothing. They hid in the trees, roll on the ground, if you walk around a tree they will do the same thing to avoid you. We play on Hard to make it more challenging.
I guess I should have posted this in the Ghost recon 2 thread. So far I have never seen this game lag and the graphics in some of the levels is just distracting its so beautiful.
Wanted to clearify that if you have the game on normal then the AI isnt as intelligent. But on Hard its a lot better.

That is one crazy controller. Is it just me or is there something wrong with the water effects? They seem kind of weird to me especially rivers like the one in the training level.

Yes I play Ghost recon 2 occasionally with my girlfriend online. Yes you can send me a friendship request.

I rented it when it first came out. Then today I rented it again if you wanna play some we can some time on XBL. My GT is Regan54.

I have a Gamester FPS controller, it's shaped like two pistol grips. Only I can use it because of the weird button configuration, and that's cool at LANs. It's got a small LED screen like the Dreamcast VMU. It's cool. :)

it's got a cool shape, but man, those colors really turned me off!

haha a ricey controller. it looks interesting though. my headset is some belkin thing made for cell phones i got for $15. it has an earbud that is pretty good about staying in your ear.

I'm really liking my FPS Master from Gamester. I actually got so used to it that I can't hardly use a "regular" controller any more.

I've seen that many times... At first I thought it was one of those controllers with old games in them (plug and play)... Are those comfortable to use? And whats the LED screen for?

I couldn't go for more than a few hours with regular controllers before my wrists started acting up, this thing is bad! Back the end of Jan, we had a little party at my place with halo2 matches out the butt, and I played for the better part of 10 hours that day with no ill effects the next morning.

The Screen is used for programming the buttons. Because the "A, B, X, and Y' buttons are on the stalk where you hold, I found it best to have Y be my left hand ring finger, X my left hand middle finger, A right hand ring finger, and B right middle finger while index fingers controll the triggers. The controller has 3 configurable presets, which are completely programable. Like if someone was left handed, and getting to white and black buttons were tough, they could swap start and back for wh and bl and maybe put the thumb stalks opposite from righty as well. During gameplay, the screen scrolls the text ' Gamester ' and I imagine could be programmed to read just about anything you want :D

Damn that is pretty Nifty... That means it is possible to map buttons even on games that do not allow it on the game itself!! Great idea~ 👍
