Has anyone been to the New York International Auto Show yet? It opened officially today. The reason why I'm asking this is because of the fact that I want to know it's any good this year. I've looked at the web site and saw that they a lot of new cars debuted in NY over detroit and LA. I'm going on Thursday so I should Have the pictures up by saturday. Thanks in advanced.
 
It opened Friday the 8th, not today. I've gone every day since Thursday, it's pretty spectacular but I don't really like auto shows.

Sounds like a concept car, so probably not. I hate concept cars. Plus, I'm there to check out launches.

They're boring as hell. Why do I want to see stuff with plastic tyres and an all-glass body? It's never going to make the streets; I could spend time paying attention to real cars.

Hey Doug, what was up with that thing that Subara had? Was it some kind of simulater of Gt:C or somethig else?

It's Gran Turismo with Subarus. I didn't drive on it, but it seemed similar to GT3 regarding graphics. The point was to let people test drive the Subarus at the show that hadn't yet come out, like the new Legacy. I'm fairly sure there was a press release on it, but I was paying attention to the Forester XS LL Bean Edition. :D
