Newly Posted/Hot Threads not showing up

This occurs after I have logged in, this only seems to happen on the Racing Series section. Here's a screenshot to explain my problem.

Will try that. It only seems to occur just after I've logged in, my browser redirects me to the Racing Series section, as that is the first thing that comes in when I type in "gtp" into the address bar. But after that it seems to refresh and newly posted threads will come up but only the threads that have been posted on after I've logged in if that makes sense?

Yeah, it sounds like the first time, you're viewing a cached version of the page, as subsequent refreshes are accurate. This could be caused by a proxy server or some unusual cache settings in your browser.
