Having worked Retail for my of my working days, I will simply say that is not always the case...
 
Its gon' be something big as in some Sony thing last year Polyphony Digital was bringing something before march 2012? Delayed and its big as hell,some spec 3 i think with a lot o' cars.Just my 2cents

It'd be nice, but my money is on bug fixes. Don't get your hopes up, as it eases the eventual disappointment.

Don't get me wrong, I hope you're right.

People are talking about this in the KY tweets thread. I'm pretty sure what you and they are referring to is the French rumor Amar212 posted here. Neither Sony, PD, nor KY have mentioned anything about it.

Most likely, they will think that this new photo stream update will count as. DLC because they think that we are periphery countries and they are the core countries..... Hmmm wonder who made the A. Bomb???

1) Who is they?
2) So the creation of an A. Bomb entitles you to a special granduer DLC that should cater specifically to you? What do the victims get?
3) PD, Sony, and Kaz are all in Japan. If you've ever stepped out of your house you would know that there are people out there that are different from you. From their perspective, you ARE the "periphery".
4) You got a forum warning because "saying Japanese minus the last 5 letters" is a RACIST derogatory term, which you probably knew. 👎

The Gran Turismo series has always been about JAPAN.

No, I thought, and i spent the time thinking of what i was going to post just like i do when i write my DBQ's and FRQ's.

And i stand behind of what i say. If you take it as a rude comment, ignore it because MILLIONS of other people do the same thing as others around the world do.

And no I do not live in some periphery country, I live in the U S OF A and i am proud of it. Just because you don't live here doesnt mean that you should criticise those of others. And guess what, if you reply, im just going to ignore it and not cause a topic to be shut down because of a little uproar...

oh, and as to who ever said that this could be the Spec 3 update... it may as well be a possibility, because what, we are at 2.84 i believe, AND, when the spec 2 came out, (spec2.01 or whatever), that was the very firs DLC to be released. GT and PD have both stated that they want the Photostream to come to availibility to both the Americas, and EurAsia i believe...(maybe not worded that exact way but similar, i will try to see if i can find where that was posted because i KNOW i saw it)

Anyways, a premmium LR RR would be cool but i think they would have to make a new spot in the dealership for it. IF they do make an LR RR, there is a possiblility that we may see some Premium RUF's and possibly another company to make the three blocks be proportionate to the rest of the dealership. (look at it and youll see a certain amount of columns and 3 rows)

The only reason I wish PD would give us more DLC and more events is simply because the game has become stale and boring. We need more content not because we are greedy (gimme gimme gimme) but simply because we've done everything there is to do in GT5 over and over already. We need more tracks and proper events (not crappy seasonals) to keep us going until GT6 comes out, or at least close to it.

I do agree that PD is not worried and doesn't care that it's fans play Forza because PD thinks GT5 is enough of a niche. I'll still gladly buy GT6 when it comes out, but GT5 has lost it's spark.

Back OT, for cars, think about cars that have been coming out over the last few years.

yes, that would be correct, i was thinking that i should put in there but then i thought why waste time when some one will say it is.... and nice one ch3ng, i think its just absolutley hilarious when i see pictures of people with a tatoo of half an arrow on their knee..... "shivers and says Oouuuhhhh(and then i sneezed)"
 
I just had a wild thought of what this next DLC/Update could be....

You know how there is a lack of tracks that do not have time change and weather support?? maybe, this could be the 3.00 update that would solve that???!!

Just asking but is there anyone on this forum that lives in the london area?? i was reading the new post on gtplanet and saw that the seasonals have been updated, while reading that, someone said that this track needs to have the time change, and someone said that it needs to rain there permanently. Just wanted to know to see if anybody has seen any asians (specifically A LOT OF 'EM) taking pictures of London or any other tracks that do not have this option taking pictures during night or a cloudy day to see what the lighting looks like..?

so i fused the two together with my brain by nuclear fusion and wala...

This is just an idea/thought/wild though, but it could work. I have a feeling that it will be an update; why? well, at least in the US option of the gt site, i am not able to see the photo stream from asia.. and since i cant, there was to be an update on april 4th to hit the other side of the world right??? so, if sometime this month, we see that the gt website is down, or the photostream is availible, something tells me that there will be an update instead of a DLC!! so we HAVE TO look at their site to see if any changes are there. i dunno; it could be just me not able to see it through who knows what??

But like i said a while ago, the Spec 2.00 was an update that featured the DLC with it, so we could see a 2-2.9GB update to come, because the update in asia took a long time i heard for some people, PLUS if it is around that size, MOST LIKELY, the DLC will be with it???

Just an event creator and fixing the most wanted "to be fixed´s" plus new content now and then, giving us some info about it in that matter... and the rest of the day working on GT6, that´s all I ask PD to do

He wasn't being rude, nitrorocks is probably one of the least rude people here, maybe your dog left you or something? Either way the latest news that came out last weeks was about GT academy and there may be content around that.

Back to your comment though, I know how you feel, there are many people I feel have an ego big enough for all of us, but no one was trying to be mean. The irony is your jumping to conclusions makes you seem a bit rude too.

You really had me wanting to read what you had to say. Then I saw the U.S.ofA bit and I realized to myself "R1600 does live in the U.S. though...". Not that I don't think that you don't put thought into these post, but that little error may make others see it differently.

This is not to be rude, just wanted to inform you, beside that it was an ok post.

What an insensible point to make, the city of London has a population of 8 million + people. That amount doesn't even take into account the tourists that visit, people are taking pictures all the time.

Last week there was no rain at all, there has been so little rain in the South East of England that all of the water companies have put in place a hosepipe ban last Friday, again.

Guys you must already know that we're getting virtual bobble heads that are going to be imaged after famous racers past and present. So when you're driving your premium or shadow box you have a bobble head Michael Shumacher to inspire hope!!! If you plan on finishing in the top ten but never winning an online race, you'll have a Ralf Shumacher bobble head for that :sly:.
