25 DLC cars have been offered and ONE was American. We're due for some muscle. ZL1 &Mustang 302 Boss & Chargers would be appropriate. How about a CTS-V, PD?

HaHa, this is true!

Since we have a couple of Corvettes & Mustangs I would want to put my vote towards getting the Cadillac cts v, with an Rm package so I can race this thing in a street & race series.

If there isn't a single American car in the next DLC pack, I will:censored: all over the :mad:ing place! :sly:

But really, there needs to be some balance. These new muscle revival cars are very attractive. The 302 Boss is looking very sexy.

You seem to conveniently forget the 11 new NASCAR cars we got for free with the update predating the first batch of DLC.
Not saying they're an alternative to US roadcars or classic muscle but saying we only got one American car in a total DLC counting 25 cars is, although technically correct, not telling the entire story.

If anything, European cars weren't added until the last 2 batches of DLC so I think the balance (if that's important anyway, an interesting car is an interesting car, no matter where it's made) is pretty even right now considering nation of origin, not the type of cars obviously.

And as much as I love my muscle cars, I think GT5 needs categories hardly or not even at all represented yet in the Premium selection much more than muscle cars (which are already present, current and classic, regular and RM/TC).
If we talk balance, there needs to be more variety and diversity and not more of the same (for now, eventually the Premium selection will expand into all areas, currently it can only offer a limited range so I'd rather have a lot of different categories underrepresented than a few overrepresented), regardless of where they're build.

Having said that, ofcourse I'll be excited if another classic muscle car will be added. :)

I would really love to have the Ferrari F50 and Lamborghini Diablo SV. Those in Premium would be just:drool: Like some kind of retro Carpack. We have the Ferrari F40 and Enzo. But why is the F50 missing? And also the Lambo Gallardo Countach Murciélago Miura Aventador. But why no Diablo??? :dunce:

So :

Ferrari F50
Lamborghini Diablo

The F50 wasn't really all that memorable. It was also kind of hated by the automotive press because Ferrari wouldn't allow proper reviews of it.

Oh I didn't know that. But well for me that wouldn't be a reason to enjoy it to drive in GT5 :) It's still a beautiful car.

I'd like some classic supercars like one of the DeTomasos, Pantera or Langusta.

But instead I suspect we will see some mazdas nissans hondas or toyotas.

I guess more of a wish than prediction - Audi Sport quattro S1 Evo 2

An icon of motorsports and a multi-purpose monster like no other. Leave alone the tuned versions around the world - pure insanity.:scared:

One actually more possible model would be the Fisker Karma.

Stormbringer So I guessed 2 but one of them was taken. Am I allowed to guess again to get a second guess on the board?

Now this is totally pissing me off. All this F50 hate. (I don't mean you, just in general)

Not only is it extremely beautiful (like you said), it also sounds astonishing and is very, very fast in every possible way (acceleration, top speed and corner speed).
It handled like a charme in EVERY racing game I played, where it was included.
(NFS4, Forza 3,4), so again, what is it with this "this car is a bad Ferrari" attitude, I simply don't get it.

And yes, the Diablo(s) MUST be included. Some of you ever tried the SV in the Hot Persuit 3? (It's DLC though) It sounds better than ANY other car. (Countach, Zonda Cinque and more)

Someone here said ferrari f50 and lambo diablo...i hope your right man. Id love to have those 2.

Its quite a bit of work to update the list. So if you guys failed to follow the guidelines or to check whether your choice has already been called, i cant keep fixing all that. Please make sure your first post abides by the rules, otherwise they will be ignored.

I fully agree on that. The F50 is just great and as I said , I didnt know about this strange hate on it yet. You are completely right, in every racing game I played where it was included it was an awesome car! So I don't see any reason to exclude it from GT5! Same goes for the Diablo I would love to have this version :

All this F50 hate? Really? It's one of the most requested cars for some reason and someone points out it wasn't received by the motoring press to universal acclaim (which is true) and suddenly there's all this hatred? Where?

Personally I don't get excited about the F50 too and I suspect it might be a generational thing which might explain this car being seemingly so iconic to a lot of people here since it isn't regarded as being iconic in the rest of the 'automotive world', now or when it was released.

Don't hate it though (just meh), but I think there are many, many far more iconic Ferraris deserving a place in GT5 before they even consider the F50.

Oh, and Hulvat, would love those 2. 👍
