Only thing I am hoping for is the Honda HSV-10 that PD was working on but didn't finish before GT5 was released.

I was expecting it to come in the first DLC pack because of that. Seeing as how it's not about the time the car model was finished, I'm really interested in what the other cars will be in that pack. The XJR-9 came with a pretty damn good selection of cars, after all. A lot of us are waiting on the HSV-10, but no one saw the XJR-9 coming.

I think gt5 wasted a perfectly good chance on having a good track. But it was wasted in route x. If you are going to make an oval atleast get something worth racing on. It dont even have to be American. Id be happy with motegi
It's not a race track, though. Motegi's one of my favorite tracks. The real race track that is, not the oval. The layout is just perfect for hotlapping for long periods of time.

Well, aside from speculating which cars we're gonna see eventually or wish to see appear, at least these 2 are certain to be included, eventually.
It was expected for a long time they were reserved for GT6 but since DLC is now not just a possibility but a real common occurence which includes new additions, these 2 (or at least the Abarth) could be part of it or don't they?

Having seen the list of expectations in the first post, I'm now looking forward to the impending outrage, because PD will pull a blinder once again...

Aside from cars and such, I think the next update will include something "interesting" (i.e. cause more outrage), in addition to the announced photo sharing thingy. Something that will broaden the GT experience, possibly as DLC. No idea what, just a feeling; PD've definitely got plenty up their sleeveses.

Hasnt every dlc caused a rage in one form or another?

Audi R18 TDI and new Toyota Hybrid TS030...it would be great to have some latest LMP1 cars...

Lmp cars would be nice. Where is the Austin A35 in gt5? That's what i would really like.

Which is why I intend to have the popcorn immediately to hand. 👍

Or the little Seven!

I would be up for some classic RAC Rally-style events, or even the "trials" that preceded them in the UK. :D
Or maybe I should just dig out Screamer 4x4 again...

Unfortunately it always seems to follow the exact same predictable storyline:

"OMG, why did PD include this *insert interesting oddity or humdrum familycar* whilst everyone would much rather have these *insert huge list of current boutique hypercars all following the same boring and cliche formula and which are all forgotten within 2 years*".

Maybe it would be slightly more interesting with some new special effects though. ;)

Good to know. I really like this Car. Yamauchi wanted to Add DTM Cars too.

Well, maybe it's an age thing! :p
I'm sure if I were younger, I'd be all over today's "versions" of the Italdesign Shigeras, the GT90s, the XJR15s etc. Then again, I was still young when GT introduced me to the idea of humdrum fun (with a Stage 4 turbo... ahem.) ;)

It probably is to an extend, and don't get me wrong, I still love my supercars too but even before I was a teenager I loved a lot of other categories just as much and when a teenager I could easily dismiss most of those supercars I drooled over only a few years ago for what they truly were.

So I'm not trying to defend or attack a particular category of car, it just strikes me that there seems to be so little imagination or interest beyond one type of car and age is just one part which might explain that, but not entirely.

You're right, of course; I was just making fun of myself, really. :dopey:
I hope GT continues to open the eyes of little oiks, like I was, long into the future. 👍

I wish we had a bit more say in the matter. It'd be awesome to have a poll every month or so. PD could consider it and model a particular car that we believe deserves to be in the game.

I am sure they view forums and such, but that's so...secretive. It's a social world, and an even more social internet.

I'm hoping for some standard cars to become premium:

all of pontiac's cars
all of chrysler's cars
all of holden's cars
All of opel's cars

Infiniti G20 '90
Infiniti G35 sedan
Jaguar XFR '10
Lexus IS 200 '98
Lexus IS 300 Sport Cross '01
Volvo 240 GLT Estate '88

New premium cars:

Acura TSX '12
Acura TSX Wagon '12
Buick Regal GS '10
Cadillac CTS-V '10
Cadillac CTS V wagon '11
Ford Explorer Limited Ecoboost '12
Pontiac G8 GXP '09
Saturn Aura XR '07

Here are some courses Im hoping for:

Costa di Amafi

Adjustable weather and time version of Special Stage Route 5

Oh and i know I've been mentioning this but I hope they add that rwe can see the reverse lights turn on on standard cars rather than the effect and add the rear wiper option to work. (sorry can't help it, i really like to see this done.)

Sure, why not. Maybe add those reverse gear beeps. Rear wiper seems unnecessary. But they could Add turn signals and that seat belt warning light...beep beep..drive safe..
