Next DLC (May/June...aaargh!) whats it gonna be?

By the way, I was just online, and there were a bunch of Motegi Lobbys opened. So I wanted to try the track. And now?! I doesnt work anymore! It says I can't drive the track as long I didnt purchase it from the Store!
 
I did that with all GT5 DLC's so far. But I just wanted to test Motegi before, to see if it really worth it. special Route X was more or less a waste purchase for me since I never use it.
 
Just wait a bit. I'm sure it will be offered in a seasonal race like they did with Spa and then you can drive it whether you bought it or not.

You can also still drive one of the variations in the GT Academy.
 
I think PD will add new cars and tracks because it's easier to import all of this models to Gt6
They need so much months and years if they design each model just for gt6
It's all about time.
I think Pd know that because in other words we see the next game in far far future
And we don't know how much time give Sony to Pd to develop more and more things
But because the game is one of the best selling I think Sony will give more much credit and Pd need more developers

You mean that PD isn't releasing DLC as often as we'd like, because of how long it takes to create each model? With that, they might have to hold off on releasing GT6 so that they can catch up and add even more content.

I think that's what you're trying to say.
 
I mean the premium models from that game is more easy to import them in gt6 because the graphics will don't have so many differences.
So PD don't have any reason not to do any more DLC

As I only had to download 2 keys to get this DLC, I'd like to know what else is already sat on my harddrive waiting to be sold to me!
 
Yeah, it's going to be the Subaru BRZ. For the track? Probably Sonoma (Infineon).

Am I the only one who thinks creating the rebadged Scion was absolutely pointless :odd: ? I mean, what's the difference between the two cars? Having three rebadges of the same car would be more than enough and pointless. All PD would have to do is change the badge which sounds simple, but I think repeats of the same car has already been overdone since launch.
 
There are like 100 Skylines in the game... 1000 cars, or however many it is, means nothing really if so many of them are essentially the same car and not even premium. I really can't enjoy driving cars in this game without a proper cockpit view.

Track and car obviously have been included in the last update. What more? Nothing I think, otherwise we would know by now. Even if there were the Academy cars, why would they hold back anything?

My point exactly. What is the point having the same car more than once, especially if they drive the same and look essentially the same? It's not even the standard cockpit views that bother me, it's because PD have duplicated many cars and given them different names to get a world record of 1000+ cars featured in one racing game. IMO I think Guiness World Records shouldn't have issued the world record in the first place since many of the cars in GT5 are duplicates. If you took away the duplicates, you'd probably only have about 620 unique cars

You aren't but I don't belong in that camp. The three cars don't just carry different badges but they are mostly similar. There are slight variations between interior and exterior details and I think the Toyota and Subaru have different suspension settings. In my opinion, the Subaru is the greatest of the three as it has sidegrills and better looking headlights. Finally, it is available in WR Blue from manufacturer and it looks awesome in that colour.
 
I think the next DLC is going to include the Subaru BRZ. I also think that there will be a new track (Silverstone or Midfield Raceway) coming along soon.

More tracks would be very appreciated it but I'm not too sure about the Subaru BRZ. I think that they might include something else.
 
We need moar race cars! Like the TS030, Audi R18, R18-e tron... :drool:

I don't want to see another crappy japanese car added to GT5... :ouch: we have more than enough of those...

And don't forget to deduct the standard cars from that number too, porting cars from a last generation game smells like cheating to me also, to get that GB record. :)

Why did they hold the cars and track back (for so long)? Because they can.

Update drop on May 23rd
DLC drop on June 27th

That's a long wait for something you already had isn't it?
