I'm excited as well, of course. I wonder whether if Cadillac will still make a "super-V" series, though. That would be a really cool idea!

Sorry, but I'm still not digging anything that's come off of the cadillac drawing board. The car is ridiculously tall and frumpy-looking.

If they want to stick with boxes and simplistic polygon-shapes, they need to make them slim and sharp like the XLR and stuff.

Are you talking about the current CTS, or the next-gen model above?

Yeah, I'm not sure if Cadillac's intentions are more apt to competing with Audi or BMW this time, as either choise will require a bit of work from where they are right now. A case for Audi seems more apt, as GM can't outperform BMW quite yet. Mercedes and Audi? Sure. But as of right now, the 3-series is just too good. Of course, GM has surprised us all before... If they sweeten up the 3.6L V6 with direct-injection, match it with a 6L80E automatic or the Tremec T-56, it could be one hell of a sport sedan.

I'm really digging the shape of those side windows, and the way the trunk cuts into the C-pillar. 👍
