The sounds in this game are amazing. From the crowd to the smack-talking to the announcers, this game has it covered. And the announcers almost never say anything old. And the announcers will go to the sidelines to get injury reports, etc. You truly get immersed in the experience.
Gameplay:
Great control and responsive. You'll never resort to button mashing...EVER. And the amount of things you can do is absolutely stunning. Not as deep as Madden's Franchise mode but still incredibly deep. Lots of things to do. And with internet support, this makes it a great multiplayer choice. Also up to eight players can play through a multitap.
Replay Value:
Loads of replay value. Like I previously stated, the multiplayer options will let you and your friends play on teams or against each other. And with the great franchise mode, create-a-player, and create-a-team, you'll never get bored.
Graphics:
What can I say...STUNNING!!! This game make syour PS2 sweat. The stadiums look incredibly realistic and the players models are absolutely jaw-dropping. And with no slowdown, this game will amaze your eyes. And even little details are included...cheerleaders cheering and coaches pacing the sidelines after a missed pass or bad call. You might even be able to fool your friends into thinking its a real game of football.
Summary:
This game owns you. That about sums it up. You will NOT need another football game...EVER!!! I mean, you can download new rosters off the internet! How cool is that?
