CORVETTE Z06, my favourite drift car of NFS 2015, make the same wrap once again in NFS 2017

My Camaro originally made in CARBON also made to look like the main protagonist`s car in my upcoming Novel :)

^^^ One thing I've noticed is that quite often the simplest wraps are the most popular when it comes to downloads. Or, not necessarily "simpler," but more forgiving with different car mods. It seems that the more intricate I make a wrap, the less it is downloaded. I have a tendency to play off of the body lines when designing a wrap, and those lines can change quite a bit depending on what hoods, fenders, etc. someone has installed.

As an example, the Charger I posted above is probably one of the simplest wraps I have in my library, but it only looks right with THAT particular hood. For that reason, I typically don't upload my personal wraps - they tend to get lost with very few downloads.
I am from PS4, my friend just found that he can download unlimited times of my wraps and the numbers of download will equally increase. That may explain why some simple wraps have a ten thousand of downloaded. And i think the first upload the more downloads, the most downloaded wraps always upload early. I put the same wrap which dont have a download before to the new Speedcross car and get more than a hundred downloads.

I'm still 3/4th into finishing the story mode.
I love the color scheme of the first Mustang, so elegant.

Hi all, here's a quick one, still unfinished - will post an update.
What inspired me should be quite obvious unless you are very young. I'm in my fifties :)
I still have to figure out what to do with the left side. I think it would look weird because I am not going to mirror the image!

Later in the evening I will show you my best wrap so far, as soon as I get a decent shot :)

I really like the basic-shaped vinyls, it encourages the creative use of any available tool.

Thanks! I like the Pink Floyd Subaru (I'm in my thirties ;)). I can't remember the name of the tour but they published one of the best concert DVDs ever made.

I wish Ghost would put more fade transition decals in the game like they had in 2015. Those are the decals I miss the most.

@ JR98: I like the Buick GNX a lot. As for the Miata, or MX5(?), were you going for a true carbon fiber look on the hood? I hope you don't mind some unsolicited advice, but the weave is a little big for that. What I do to make realistic carbon fiber is to keep the decals at a size that makes the weave look realistic. Then I tile them to cover the entire hood. It takes some careful alignment to get them just right, but if you are careful, you can make the seams disappear almost completely. After I get the carbon fiber pattern just right, I overlay a plain square decal over the whole thing, make it black, and then adjust the transparency enough to allow the carbon fiber to shine through with a realistic color. You can also adjust the shine so as to make "dry" carbon fiber or "wet."

^^ I painted my Raptor a similar color... I gotta upload pics of that one, I just haven't had time. Working on a wrap for my Honda NSX that is very unique but is taking some time.

I like the photo of the Amazon, that's neat.

Been working on this one a while, just because it took me a long time to find the car's "essence." LOL

What I mean is, I feel like every car has a certain character or personality, and I try to make designs that stay true to that character. Went through several iterations before settling on what you see here.

I think the NSX is a gorgeous car in its own right, but honestly I don't think it's a very good car in the game. Something about it is too twitchy or... something. I race better in my BRZ.

Here are questions for everyone: How do you approach building a wrap for a car? What is your design philosophy? What inspires you? What are some special tricks that you use in the wrap editor that may be unorthodox? Feel free to answer any or all questions - I'm just curious

TBH I generally just find a wrap I like that someone else has made (my E30 M3 for example was one of the first results when I searched) and try to (tastefully) build my car around it. Although if there are aspects of the wrap, mainly decals, that require a body part I don't like the look of, then I'll just find a new wrap.

Aside from Runner vehicles, I generally just do a basic design myself for that class. Generally I just stick to making two tone style paint jobs that fit the lines of the car.

Main reason I just download wraps is because some of the wraps people make are FAR beyond what I would ever be able to create.

^^^ I gotcha. I like to browse the downloaded wraps but almost never use them just because making wraps is half the fun for me. They keep releasing these abandoned vehicles and so I have an endless canvas to work on without spending much money for it.. I usually hop back and forth between vehicles, working on them here and there, so they are never truly what I would call "finished." But it's a lot of fun.
