I recently bought the Shift 2 Unleashed Limited Edition from GameStop and was wondering if the online pass code included with the game would still work for me even if someone else used it already?

If you bought it used then no. You can buy it in the PlayStation store with the online pass and all the dlc, cars, tracks unlocked. Its going to run you full price though at $60 usd and 8 gigs on the hard drive.
