You can find it offensive that I point out the AUP and how it states good grammar is required all you like, that will not change the fact that the owner of this site has asked that the AUP is enforced, and if quite firm in his desire to see a high standard of spelling and grammer used.

The warning I gave you is no different to those that are sent to members (either publically or privately) on a daily basis, and given that you have no idea at all how it may have been address with others who have posted in this thread or any other thread.

If you believe that the AUP in this area is a problem then I would suggest that this may not be the site for you, please be aware that what I have asked of you is exactly what we ask of every member here at GT Planet.

I also take issue with your Nazi concentration camp quip, its neither acurate, nor needed, posting opinion as fact is a regular problem on forums and one that causes a large number of pointless arguments. As such the staff do all we can to point this out to people and ask that they post in a manner that is conductive to mature discussion, rather than flame-bait that only results in argument.





Actually if you spend some time on the NFS Shift threads you will see that a lot of people have addressed the subject in depth.

I have not asked (nor has anyone else for that matter) that you write a five page review of what went on, all I have asked you to do is not post opinion as if it was fact and advise you that posts that contain a balanced analysis of a subject will get you a much greater level of feedback and comment than a one-sided rant will.




The staff here will make the final choice on exactly how much moderation is needed in the case of any member and the AUP (as set out by the sites owner) will determin the boundaries of that moderation and what is acceptable.

I did not see any spelling issues with my last post...let alone my previous posts. What were you actually implying when you referenced this rule?
(PS: you don't seem to abide by the rules that had been asked of you to enforce since your last post in still littered with error.. THAT was what I ound quite "offensive"). The "warning"was not necessary sicne I had not broken any rules to begin with.

And please quote me when you decide to write about thing you think is runing accoss my mind. The AUP is fine.

This is a forum, not a dictatorship. I posted what MY opinion was and didn,t offend anyone. I even opened the discussion to people who might have similar or diverging arguments... (it's up there in the first post)

My opinion can't be balanced. First of, I'm not a neutral journalist.
second: If my opinion balanced, how can it ever be a PERSONAL opinion ? how can someone else come up with a counter argument when mine is "blanced" ???
Third: Who decided when an opinion balanced or not ?

Listen. If you were havinga bad day when you replied to my post, just say it. I can understand that your state of mind at the time was a factor. But if you are going to throw the BOOK, throw it right.

I did not say that you had posted across two accounts at all, simply holding more that one account is an issue.

The other acount was last used this year and was created in 2008 (I can review all of that information at all time).


Now in regard to your rather sulky wall of text I am going to make this quite plain.

You have been repeatedly asked to follow the AUP, you have not received a single infraction in regard to your posts, and as such I fail to see exactly why you are throwing your teddies out of the pram.

I'm going to make this quite plain and simple, follow the AUP or the next action that will take place is you will receive an infraction.

All my posts and actions have been recorded in the moderators sub-forum and are subject to peer review at any time, if you have an issue with my actions in any way then address it with either of the Admin staff (Duke or DerAlta) or the site owner Jordan.

In the mean time this has gone far enough, I am locking this thread before you end up down a road that will not see you returning. It is a shame as the other members contibuting to this thread seemed to clearly understand the difference between opinion and fact and it had started to develop some good discusion.
