I perfer GT3 and i hate NFS, they have gone down hill after NFS 5 which in my opinion one of the best NFS games. I would take GT3 over NFS any day, in GT3 you get the mod your cars race on some tracks that a real and hell of lot better graphics and gameplay.
I wouldn't be that harsh on NFS, I love the NFS series, but in overall gameplay I just have to say that GT3 is a much better game, but if you ask me, there isn't a racing game out there that any one can say is better than GT3
GT3 is a true to life simulator, where as NFS is an over the top arcade racer. The 2 cannot, and should not be compared. They both offer good gameplay, it just depends on your tastes. That being said, I prefer the GT series, due to it's incomparable realism.
Uh, Its not a sim. NFS:U has less races than GT3. NFS:U has about 112 races, while GT3 has 400 plus and half of them are big time consuming. But the factor than you can put differant stuff like body kits would beat GT3, but GT3 has no comparison.
