I found this download on Codemaster's website, and I must say, my already high respect for co-drivers has grown! It's a PDF file of Nicky's actual pace notes used in the Australia rally.

Wow. That looks amazing.

It's good that he included that list with the explanation of all those marks and words, otherwise i wouldn't have the slightest clue of what it all meant.
