5, 6 mins if you find it absolutely necessary. As for the song, whatever you like. Personally, I make my vids for me, to see what I can put together, to what I will enjoy, the rest of you just have the priviledge of being tortured with them.

i kinda like any genre of music that excites the whole video or clip but its all up to you

Just use all the clips of your best drifts, see how long the vid is, then use any song that is roughly the same length. Thats how i choose my music.
