I absolutely love it. I want to know how you did it so I can use it on some of mine

Made in PS. Few (in my case 4) diffrent colors gradients (from black to blue for exp) with "Overlay" layer opacity. Than I just copy img layer, made "Lighten color", transform and give some blur. Here you go Try and show me what you got.
