Nismo GTR LM road going paintable?

I checked the only unpaintable standard list here:

but it doesn't mention the car in the title, but when i go to paint it, it says it can't be painted?

The list is a list of unpaintable cars with multiple colors.

While the Nismo GTR LM might be unpaintable, its only available in one color.
