Nope.
You have to Be EU/ASIA resident and you had to register on GT5 site. The event finished before the PSN was shut down. You cant even transfer the car between accounts on the same PS3, its only unlocked in the game save data and that is User ID locked.

Right thanks for the conformation.

Dispite this I am not happy as we should still be able to get in just by signing up to the site.

Those weeks that the academy was available I was not able to access the internet or PSN.

The GT-R was for taking part in GT academy not just joining the site
Unlike Chrome line expect it to remain exclusive for a long time the same as stealth cars..
