Nissan GTR rear exhaust messed up?

Anyone else notice that the GTR 07 and the GTR spec V have the same type of exhaust in game (only 2 to the left of center)? Even though the GTR spec v clearly shows 2 twin exhaust to the left and right in the Dealership, when you choose to race it in game it reverts back to the single twin exhaust. This is slightly annoying to me as I drive from the rear car view. I think that the programmers messed it up. By the way, I love this game, so I am not hating.
 
I never really noticed that, I will have a look at it later. Something else I noticed was that on the GT-R '07, if you install the custom rear bumper, a horrible low-res grey texture appears above the exhaust in races. I hope PD fix these things. (They may have already fixed that, I don't know as I can't update my game.)

Are you talking about the grey square that's right above the opening in the bumper? Thats supposed to be there, it's a heatshield, like this:

I knew it was a heatshield but it looks really low-res and is literally a grey square with no detail at all. Check it out for yourself and you'll see what I mean. (unless they fixed it in one of the patches).
 
I also hate how it looks and on every other car I have, upgrading the exhaust doesn't add the heat shield and the upgrade doesn't change the position of the exhaust.
