According to ISR reviews GTEYE springs seems to be lighter than any mod they had tried at that time including the Nixim mod. This is ideal if you are not planning to hard mount your pedals as most other brake mods requires more pressure to obtain full brakes.
I personally think AP load cell is the better option even though it cost twice as much. Again with this mod I would recommend hard mounting your pedals.

Can't go wrong with either really, they're both cheap mods that add so much to your wheel. If I had to choose, I'd say Nixim.
