No Birthday Ticket?

Hi guys, about a month ago it was my birthday and I was wondering why I never received it. Do you have to log in the day of your birthday or do they just send it the day of? Oh and how do they find out when your birthday is? Do you have to enter it in to the options or something? I'm posting this even if there already is a post about this in case of updates to the game. Kind of pissed me off but it's not a big deal, just curious why I don't get one. Maybe the game doesn't like me :(
 
You must sign in on your birthday to get the ticket. The birthday that's used is the one you put in when you created your PSN account.
 
Okay, thank you. I was wondering why I didn't get one. Kind of stupid that you HAVE to log in on your birthday but whatever.
 
sorry, i have a question regarding to birthday tickets, so I would like to ask in here.

is it possible to get 2000-2010 birthday ticket? I heard in another forum that they dont give birthday tickets to a user under 18 years old. is that true? cuz in this case, it's impossible to acquire tickets after 1993.

You can do it, but it must be an account under a parent.
