No Copy Game Save?

So I was reading things about people getting the YLOD. So I thought to myself, "It would be a good idea to copy my game save to my USB and PC for good measure, in case it happens to me." Well bad news, I cannot even back up my GT5 game save as they won't allow it.:grumpy:
Anybody know a way around this one?
 
We've been complaining about this since day one. Apparently Kaz said he'll give us the option with an update coming in late December. We'll see...
 
I would have had mine all backed up if the Option was there..... But i got t he YLOD death on Friday night..

Picked up a new PS3 on Sunday. Finding it hard to get the motivation to play it at the moment till i get back to Lvl. 22.
 
willstuart - I can't imagine, I would break the damn thing to be honest.

Spent the last 5 years doing what Kaz? Copy Game Saves/Backup should have been allowed on release...
