No DLC (1st pack) on 2nd account? Answered here by FERG

I thought we would be able to buy them on our 2nd account ( my sons) in the new car dealer as long as we paid for the DLC on our main account? They are there taunting me with the DLC button by it.

Family upgrade doesnt exist on my PS3. Having purchased 3 complete packs and numerous paint and gear packs and there is no family upgrade on my system, Ive spent the last hour seaching the playstation store for nothing. I have followed the instructions given on Grand Turismo.com to the letter and sweet FA.
