No horse power limit on FR?

I just completed the FR challenge with a 800+ horsepower Ferrari 599. So did they forget to put cap on it? Anyone else notice this?

Theres no horsepower limit on any its just the average BHP of what the AI are driving so for a challenge drive a car with similar BHP to them 👍

Yep, they left it unrestricted, but I had fun last night with a RM Cappuccino taking on the RX-7s and similar cars in the FR races. Much slower on straights, but defiantly faster through the turns.

Done mine in a Sylvia R aero. +/- 280 hp.

used 135i in stock form (comfort soft tyres) extremely fun and challenging. I am actually losing pace vs the FD at those uphill corners

You can always view the AI cars before the race.

The wording of the events make it seem as though higher horse power cars wouldn't be locked out- Think of it as a guideline. I don't think it was a mistake.

Why didn't you choose a car with the same hp as your opponents?
And then people say seasonal events are a waste of time...

its great to either go for an under powered car and have a real challenge, or, a over powered car and quickly do the events quickly
