Well the time came for me to part with my GTR, as sad as it sounds. I'm in the process of packing up here in New Zealand and moving back to the states. Right now with all the issues and problems trying to get one of these complied over there it just isn't worth the hassles nor the exorbadent amount of money to do so. I honestly can't justify spending another $15kUSD just comply it after spending $15k USD to buy it here.

It was fun while it lasted, nearly 4 years and I've got a fair few picutres of it her to remember. Oh I did keep my personalized plates though as a momento :)

Can you share some of those pictures? Sucks that you have to let it go.

If you ever split up with your wife/girlfriend, and some one says that to you, I guarantee you will punch them in their face.

Sorry to hear it Razor :(

i offer my condolences too razor. not that i know you but ive seen your site and pics. she was a beaut! any plans on what kinda car you gna get when u move back?

Damn man I cry for you! Why are you moving back to the states? And I saw your pics of the GTR! It was pretty damn nice! :D Sucks you have to let it go though...:(

DEALER PLATES MAN! DEALER PLATES!

As of now motorex cant even comply them so you would have a hard time even if you did want to bring it here. Its sad to hear but I'm glad you have many fond memories. Which state are you moving to and why are you moving? Job?

Thanks guys. It was very hard to watch it drive away with the new owner indeed. I had posted it for 21k NZD or about 15k USD. It lasted 3 days before it sold which amazed me, I should have asked more lol. I just didn't want to be sitting on it for a few months.

The new owner is a nice guy, around my age and knows what he's purchased so hopefully he'll treat as I did.

I will endevour to update my VERY outdated site and possibly even purchase hosting at some stage not sure yet.

Not what I'll get in next once I'm back but odds are it will be either a 350z or an RZ Supra if I can find a deal on one. It's a very low priorty at this stage. I'll be moving to southwestern Missouri for the time being though.

Sorry to hear about your loss, at least in the US you can tell people you owned a GTR :)

That's true, except I wonder how many will believe me lol. Either way it is an experince I'll cherrish for ever.

Darn I miss that car already and it's only been 24hrs. It's like part of my soul was torn away, grrrrr.

I'll get over it and move on as we do. After all it was just a car :guilty:

R32..... probably the most popular GT-R ever. I'm sorry to hear you had to sell it!

Wow now there is a nick name I bet most people wouldn't have a clue as to what it "could" be.

A6M5 ;
1943 Japanese Zero.
2 x 7.7 Type 97 machine guns
2 x 20mm type 96 wing cannons

Was the first model to incorporate WEP boost for the Zero

I am also sorry to hear that you had to get rid of your car. I know exactly how hard it is to get rid cars that you fall in love with. I have owned many cars thruought my life and I fell in love with a handfull of them. It is an awful feeling when you watch someone drive away with the car you used to love. I feel your pain. :guilty:

You can drive it down to my place and leave it here if you want???. Why are you leaving our beutiful country??? *Looks outside and sees Former News Anchor Darren McDonald smoking some P* Oh. I see. You should call Stables from ZM and tell him that you can take Jack Pythona with you.

That's where I got it! EvO was already taken, so I went with the second best Mitsubishi ever. I do like A6 and M5s too though, I guess that's an added bonus.
