no place to save car setups?

Just wanting to confirm whether there's some way to save various car setups or not? (guessing no but figured I'd ask..)

I mean, lets say you buy the top notch adjustable suspension. I want to be able to save setups for different cars/tracks etc. If I remember correctly, in GT4 we could save 3 per vehicle - A, B, C. (Prologue as well, once you unlocked the option) Personally, that's not enough, though it seems they completely left the ability out this time..
