No prize cars for goodwood

I've got very frustrated at the fact I have done the first four sets of goodwood events and have received no prize car for any of them, even though I have got gold in all of them. Any ideas as to why?

You do achieve prize cars if you gold all of the events in their own series.

Goodwood Festival of Speed
Series 1 (All gold) gives (P) Light Car Company Rocket '07 - 100,000 Cr

Series 2 (All gold) gives (P) Plymouth XNR Ghia Roadster '60 - 1,000,000 Cr

Series 3 (All gold) gives (P) Chevrolet Corvette StingRay Racer Concept '59 - 500,000 Cr

Series 4 (All gold) gives (P) Cizeta V16T '94 - 636,660 Cr

Series 5 (All gold) gives (P) Citroën GT by Citroën Road Car - 1,450,000 Cr

The fact that they cost a lot is really annoying just like how I only get one car for the licenses instead of 2

It's probably because you play the 1.00 version. On the bright side, the Ascari glitch will work. If you are concerned, please refer to this thread.

That would be it. If you are on version 1.00 there are no prize cars.

Might be. You really should be on PSN to get the most out of the game. You'll be missing out on all the Vision GT cars that will be coming in future updates. There's also the daily login bonus, which can increase your prize money by up to 200%.

I will be furious that if I update and don't receive any prize cars considering how money they cost. I did have one since 2007 on my old ps3 before it got the ylod back in June so since then I've been using another one which is nowhere near as good without ps2 compatibility and the other missing pieces so I'll probably just have to delete my game and start over. No way am I carrying on if I don't receive anything:/. Thanks for the help, appreciate it

If you're online you can do seasonal events that pay out 1.5 million credits or more for a Gold. Money is really not an issue after you update.
