No top speed test track?

Is there no test track in this game? I'd love to be able to test the top speeds of my cars. Does it not exist, or have I just not found it? At least we have the top gear track. Can't get enough of that one.

Either the straight at Circuit de la Sarthe with no chicanes, or Super Special Stage 7.

Yeah I figured that was the best bet. But I miss having the test track to keep a leaderboard of my top speeds.

My guess is it might be featured as DLC later? At least I hope it would be. I always thought it was fun to have a draft-fest on that track.
