you can only get 2 Vanquishes throughout the course of the game.
1) British GT Cup,
2) all golds on IA License.

i got stuck with the ugliest one (weird pinkish red) from the GT Cup and had to spend like 4 days on the IA License to get a better one. it's hard.
...and how dare you sell the Bond car!
