No it isn't.

It's probably something to do with the black magic/voodoo he used to get rid of his user title.

I'm on Firefox and Vipfreak is not underlined on Jparker's link.

Occasionally, I will see random usernames without the underline. Unless it has something to do with special characters that I'm not aware of, it must just be some funny way that the different browsers render the CSS. You guys notice the smallest things!

Its underlined in Default too, but I use IE, which is great. Follow VipFREAK, don't use FF.
