You've posted all the links wrong, you need the full versions without the '...' in the middle.

What will you want to do video-wise with it? Create video files, convert video fiels etc.?

Okay, a few issues with this build:
Motherboard: Foxconn? NNot a good brand at all. Go for ASUS or Abit. Another thing, You really should future-proof your rig as much as possible. You picked out a Socket 754 and AGP motherboard. Both those technologies are dead. Go for a 939 board and PCI-E board from a reputable brand. Like this one:

In the future, you're going to want to upgrade your video card. Why? Even though you're not a gamer, Vista is on the horizon! Once it comes out, you'll want to get a DX10 card that can support fully what Vista has to offer. DX10 cards will NOT be AGP! Whatever PCI-E card you buy now will be able to run vista much better than a 9200SE :yuck: Then, id you want the full range of vista features, you can upgrade to a DX10 card.
new Suggestions for mobo, CPU, and GPU:

This video card also supports a DVI connection, the preffered digital connection of most modern LCD Monitors.

Powersupply:
get yourself a reputable company for PSU, like Antec or Thermaltake. Here:

Good choice on RAM and DVD burner.

Hard Drive: You picked a SATAII drive, any motherboard you pick up for as cheap as your looking wont have SATAII support, plus no modern HDD actually transfers faster than 150Mb/s, so its a moot technology. Go for a SATA I drive with a 16MB cache. Here's a drive with 16MB cache and NCQ:

Now your build is more expensive, this is true, however, If you go for the cheap-as-possible build with old technologies, you'll be kicking yourself later if you want to upgrade any component. The extra money adds on more life to this computer, especially if you EVER plan on getting Vista!

Do you really need 1GB for updating and storing biking videos?

If you're editing okay, but just generally sorting and storing it seems excess.

But the computer will be much more smooth and efficient with 1GB... 1GB really is the least you should be caught with these days, even if you're just web surfing. Plus, they've shown that more RAM helps the HDD perform better.

Everything Event posted is true. I'm running a motherboard that doesn't support 64 bit processors or PCI-E so I'm going to be upgrading soon to a new computer when I start getting left behind. For now me and my little baby are fine, but a new computer is going to be on the list sometime soon. Vista is going to be the new standard, Windows 2000 will be knocked off the compatibility list and it will all be XP and Vista. Vista is most likely going to be a deadbeat at first until most software starts switching over, then most average users will realize that they are going to have to switch and then, bam.
