Noob help please!

Okay im REALLY fustrated by this, and ive looked/accessed every where. WHERE can I go to be able to select the tuning choice for my car?!?!?! I have it on a PS 2 and ive looked everywhere! and cant find it. Thanks, Lyn

On the main screen choose the cars manufacturing-country (As example Japan), go to the cars manufacturer (As example Honda).
Than use the tuning button at the manufacturers main screen (There is also a button for new cars, and legends)

Or simply go to the ''tuners village'', you can find at the main screen.

But this only works at the GT mode, not in the arcade mode! (Except very simple tuning)

Tuning choice?

If you want to buy add ons for your car- (R1 on the controller will take you to the current cars Home country. (Cloick) to enter the Country then go to your cars maker , (Click) Then on the bottom right you will get the Modify car area where you can select and purchase bits for your car. most are interchangable. but some are Permanent. (Weight Reduction, Engine Ballancing/Port Pollishing and Re bore the engine and also Roll cages)

Certain cars can buy specialist pasrts for the Suspension layout and Turbocharger. This area is the "Tuners Village" which is at the bottom of the world map, and will only be highlighted if your car can buy special parts here. (Original).

If you wish to alter the set up of your car. then you can do it in two places.

Home area, Before you enter the garage you can press START to go to your current cars Set up area.

In a race this area can be reached by going to the RED TOOL KIT icon on the bottom of the screen.

You have three set ups, (A,B,C) and each you can have different settings.
Downforce requires you to buy a wing for most road cars.
