When racing clean, on ssr7. 💡 Would you be opposed to, slowing down on the 1st turn ? By holding the position your in, under 80 mph. Once the 1st turn is cleared, proceed with race. This could eliminate, bad vibes between more experienced drivers an race teams, that allow Noobs to stay in there online rooms...👍

Sound like hes asking race, race, race then at the first turn could everyone hold there position till after? Probably never going to happen. Sorry

I think he's saying start racing later in the track, not sure though.

Yeah, treat the first turn like you are under local yellow, then go for it after the corner, so no attempted passing or pushing, you hogs! Never raced SSR7 online, but my limited experience shows turn1 most races with more than 3 drivers to be like a rallycross start in the early '90s with 1million credits on offer for who emerges first.

I think the real issue is the races are too short! If it were a 10 lap race you'd be less likely to go for glory on the first corner.

True! I always prefer at least 6 laps. I don't tend to run super soft tyres either, need at least 2 laps to get up to speed.

Best way I've found to race SSR7 is to go full blast to the first corner, hit the start button, then exit the race and go to a real track...works for me...👍

You almost got me caught reading this at work. Everyone wants to know what I was laughing at.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahah If only that were the case. Whether it be 3 laps or 45 laps, everyone I have seen still goes for all glory in the first corner.

Yeah, normally I'm the first who lifts off because of complete carnage of 10 cars going 90mph round a 45 mph corner. The irony is that I normally emerge in 1st place :)

Yea. If I start off on the back row of the grid I'll just cruise to the first corner and let the carnage happen, If I'm at the front, I'll push to the braking point, move off the main line and brake early, let the carnage happen then just cruise through.
