I've been playing GT5 almost everyday for a year now and have completed A-Spec and B-Spec, but something I've always wanted to know is, what is a 'Stealth Car'?

A stealth car is a car which is heavily modified, with a bit more power (most of them) and generally better then the standard version of the car. It also comes with a "stealth" paint job.

Not to mention it costs only 500cr to overhaul the chassis or engine and it has adjustable downforce.

No, I dont think so. It has some sort of region lock. I'm not sure, so don't quote me on this.

It DOES have region lock, in the fact of no PAL discs work with it
