Where can you set your starting time of day? Is it unlocked at a certain level? Im at level 17 and have unlocked the ring but cant see the time of day adjust feature you guys mention.
Create an online lobby and race from there. In arcade mode and practice the tracks always start at a pre-determined time (dawn for the regular ring, late afternoon for the 24h version)

Are you sure its always pre-determined? I'm pretty sure I've ran the 24Hr LeSarthe and had different weather and time of day at different times. I don't know for sure about Nurb.
Oh ok thanks for that. My PS3 isnt currently hooked up to the net. And yes it is absurb that you have to be on the net to enable time and weather choice. Whats so hard about enabling it in arcade mode PD?
