In Arcade/Practice Mode PD gives us the option to practice in the rain and at noon but not at night or dawn either. Do you unlock this track variation or have they not bothered to include it?

In order to manually set the time, you'll have to create your own online lounge and "race" through there.

It's not really a hassle. It takes just as long as setting it up in practice mode.

It's not convenient if you want to race against AI at night, though, as you'd have to set the race in arcade/practice to be longer than you might want and even then you'd have to wait for it to become night.

If you reach Level 40 you can practice it at Nürburgring Nordschleife 24 hours. I enjoyed practicing there and recently drove the XANAVI NISMO GT-R '08 (got that "TP" on side dash too).
Any car you want, you can RESTART it if you want other AI cars competing as well. Night Time will come soon 'coz the race starts at about 4pm. Enjoy.
