Not able to use H-Shifter on G27????

when i fully upgrade a car with everything that is available when and i go to race with it i am not able to shift with the H-Shifter on my G27 but when the car is standard it works? just when i fully upgrade it the H-shifter stops working? what could it be? Gearbox upgrade? would not make any sense since if i only change the gearbox the H-Shifter does work normally? what causes this issue? it is like this with all cars none in specific.

It happens when you use the fully customizable transmission on standard cars. Try using the close ratio or stock transmission and see if it works.

It's been like this since day one, which really sucks.

It does it with premium cars too (not all). Idk if there is any rhyme or reason but it sucks.
