I ran 3 races early, only took two pictures. All of them at Indy. I should have got the trophy for each race but I did not. The first race ( i didnt have my phone out) I ran 3 consecutive 39.6 second laps. The others are shown

I believe it has to be the track's top time as well, and probably in a time trial. It looks like you were in a race.
I assume it means your fastest time, on your local leaderboard. So for example, you do daytona in time trial mode with something wicked fast and post a time. You then pick up a prius and do a time trail with 3 laps within .2, it won't count because you weren't within in the fastest lap time. Does that make sense?
If the #1 time on your leaderboard is 1:00 you need to do three laps at 1:00 +/1 0.200
I think..
I received my human stop watch on the first event of the Level 17 Karting Special event, it is 5 laps and you pretty much just hold the throttle wide open the whole time
I'm pretty sure you actually need 4 laps. 1 for the best time and three other within .2s.
So if you beat the best lap time by .01s on the third lap you have to start again?
