I was messing around with weight balance today. Fiat 500, front heavy car, I noticed that the front end was negative [ballast position slider], strange choice but oh well. I had thought they had the little car picture was backwards before now.

Later I change to Saleen S7, weight is 52 front. That doesn't make any sense, unless the little car picture is backwards, but then the Fiat has a 60 rear weight bias.

I hope it's only a handful of cars that have issues.

Yes I think its a bit messed up because when I tested it on cars in the past such as FR cars, the strangest thing about it was that put positive weight to the rear, the cars would slide much more when it should have prevented that as compared to put it to the front would increase stability.

So it may be an issue that still needs to be fixed.

The only success I ever had with ballast was putting about 50-100kg on the front (to the left) of my Toyota MR-S. After that I set equal spring rates front and rear and the car was perfectly balanced. The car is rear heavy so it made sense to me. However, I never had any luck with ballast on FR or FF cars.

I intend on experimenting with this a little over the next few days.
