Ntsc?...pal?

Could someone please explain NTSC and PAL for me? I have raced GT from the beginning but only recently have I been racing online so I apologise if the question seems kind of lame. Thanks

Well from what i know about it is.....

NTSC the data format which the US & JAPAN use ect...

PAL is mainly Europe use correct me if im wrong guys!

So its all just data entry as for as i know, why i dont know lol be alot easier if they all had the same data input lol

Which is put in to console and on CD even Tv's DvD players u cant play pal on NTSC playforms and so on...

Check Wiki for info on NTSC and PAL. Also, you should know that these television standards are not valid anymore since we have HDTV, as that has a worldwide standard. However, the different versions of Prologue still are separated by calling them PAL (for Europe, Australia, ...) and NTSC (for the US, Japan, ...).

Green are the PAL regions. Orange are the NTSC regions. Purple, I don't have a clue.
