Number plate help please

ive need a numberplate making that I can put on my cars if possible
I’m Rubbish and had endlessly tried to do it but there’s always something I’m doing wrong or missing as I’ve no experience with software or file stuff
It’s a (uk plate) on yellow background
L33 3 ABO
black letters In std font

Just the letters/numbers. You can put it on a yellow rectangle (as you may also need a white rectangle if you want to put one on the front.)

That's illegal spacing BTW...
