Nurburgring Maps

I've been looking online and I can't find a good set of maps for the Nurburgring courses. GT5 has the F1 track, the 24 hour track and Nordschleife right? Since the 24 and the Nordschleife tracks use what look to be different layouts I'd like to see them and where they are on the map. Google maps only seems to label Nordschleife clearly. I'm looking to see where these are in real life, not in game.

It was replaced by the GP circuit and while it still technically exists, it's just public road now.
