Nurburgring on lounge mode?

I know that there are like 6 versions. 2 GP's and 3 Nordschliefe's and the 24 hour version. I have 5 so far.

-Nordscliefe (day only)
-another Nordschliefe (time & weather) and I'm guessing this is the 4-hour verion I unlocked?
-type V (GP and Nordscliefe combined)
-and the two GPs.

The Nordschliefe with time and weather always rains in the beginning and it pisses me off. I read another forum before where there's a Nordscliefe with time only but that might be outdated.

So I was wondering...is there a version of time only?
 
I've not got a time only, however I've only had it rain once out of 5 times, so maybe thats just luck. That said, maybe when you're choosing your tyres, pick whatever dry tyres you have instead of letting it say "Intermediate" or "Wet" and maybe that in turn tells the game you dont want rain?

Worth a go? I dunno, its a quirky thought at best I know. Haha

Doesn't seem to work!

AHHH it's driving me mad! All I wanna do is drive in the ring at night :( but I have to have rain!

It's definitely a bug..

Type V is the 4 hour version btw, its the half GP track with the Nordschleife. My Nordschleife with time and weather always started in the dry at sunrise. Left my car for half hour, watched the sun rise, rain came and it went to night after around 23 minutes. Not sure if its random how it starts or not but it is dynamic.

And does the same thing happen with Le mans?

Can I ask how do you unlock the full version of this track?
Within the arcade mode, I can only see listed the GP track. Nevermind any of the ones you've listed above.

Do you have to be a certain level to unlock them?
THe mercedes special event has them, but I want to race it using a car I want to race with.

Any thoughts?

You beat the AMG races to unlock it in arcade/practice mode.
 
I can't unlock the track. Do you need to get gold in all the AMG events? I don't see my see my self unlocking the track anytime soon Nervous:

You gotta get bronze on all to get the regular nordschliefe
Silver to get the 4 hour version
gold to get the 24 hour version

Intermediate on amg challenge btw

Mine is always early morning and rain....

Not had one dry attempt at the Time/Weather version =(
 
Before 1.02...

Nurburgring & Le Mans - Time/Weather... Always rained. Like. Every. Single. Time!

After patch...

Dry! (Seems random now, went back to do another race, was wet, so exited and started again and dry again!)
 
Thats great to hear! I was getting sick of racing in the rain. I just wanted to try the night transition and my wishes were granted!
 
This is stupid, so for those who have less than average driving skills like myself will never unlock the 24h ver....
 
I just unlocked the 24H version of the Nordschleife, but i can`t adjust the time of day and weather?
Is there no option to do that? :scared:

By adjusting the track laps in the main options menu you can adjust the speed of the sun setting

But is it possible to adjust time of day and weather in gt life practise mode?
Does this option have to been unlocked in the special events of AMG too?

I have unlocked regular for Arcade & Practise - but how do I unlock for online?

I just want to set up an open, unrestricted free run for Nordschleife:(
 
Never mind - I just needed to enter it in practise first - then I was able to choose it when creating a room :)
