O miles on cars in UCD?

I searched for threads with topics like this and found nothing. Today I was looking through the UCD and found a Veyron with 0 miles on it. How often do cars come with no miles on them as I have never noticed this in the UCD before (I rarely look at the miles on a car)

Its possible but you will rarely come across a car in UCD with 0 miles.
And there is a thread somewhere about this in Marketplace I think..

I'm pretty sure the Veyron has always had 0 mileage even before they changed the Online Car Dealership cars to have 0 mileage on them.

there are a couple other cars, this applies to (very few)
