Odd thing happened

For some reason, I mysteriously unable go to page 44 on this thread: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=50770

The option to go to page 44 are displayed, but it bounces to page 43. What happened?

This is a bug that has appeared several times, but I can't track down where it's been discussed (and it has, at least twice). To my recollection, it has to do with posts being deleted and the thread somehow not registering the deletion when it displays the page numbers and post counts. It only happens sporadically (?), and I think that Jordan suspected what the problem was but either couldn't pinpoint it or couldn't safely fix it.

Yeah, I'm aware of the issue, it's just a slight bug that may affect some threads.
