I do agree with 87chevy... that road isnt THAT bad. but like he said, you wouldnt want to drive down it at 80+. but most, well id say damn near all of all 2x4 trucks could go down that trail, no prob.

Nice looking truck 87chevy. Looks really good. Got any off roading shots of it.

Actually I'll tend to disagree with you on the Land Rovers. Well the new ones at least, the old ones like you showed were true off roaders, now they've been reduced to nothing more then a glorfied, overpriced, SUV.

I pressume when you say 'new ones', you mean the likes of the Freelander, Range Rover and Discovery, rather than the current Defender (the current incarnation of the Series 1, 2 and 3 as seen in the picture)? In which case, yes, I agree with you, especially where the Freelander is concerned. The current Defender is pretty much as good as the old Series models. The latest Range Rover as good as it was now they've gone for the monocoque chassis design. But, anything that they make is certainly capable at going off road, they just don't do it as well as the original Landie.

Yes you caught on to what I was saying.

Also my question would be why would you take a what 80,000 dollar SUV off road? But I guess if you could afford it you wouldn't care if you broke it.

YES, off road shots of my Chevy, during each transformation, will be coming, as well as pics of the '77 FJ40 LandCruiser.

Ok, hopefully a picture of my truck is down below. I went to a local Mud Boggin' event and my truck did great. Nothing that i have added or uprgaded broke. Guess i shoulda replaced that darned alternator :O So this is my truck sitting outside my house after being towed home.

The engine bay pics demonstrate why NOT to hit the soppy mud at over about 10mph. Sure, I got more cheers than anybody that night, but this is what i had to clean up. And probably helped that old alternator go sieze up.
