As far as I'm aware no such thing exists at the moment.

As the game is still under development (errors, bugs, inaccurate data/modelling, delayed promised content etc.) we, the gamers, could potentially be of great help to PD.
I know a lot of members here would be happy/honored to be involved, even in an unofficial feedback role.

Are PD missing out on a huge resource here in regards to testing?

I know the higher-ups on this forum have regular'ish contact with PD. Perhaps this could be an idea to explore?

Discuss.

I myself tried scanning the net a couple of years ago for a email address, or some place to leave customer feedback but all i found was the PD email to apply for jobs :D

Doesn't exist and like many here i get the feeling the feedback from the forum falls in deaf man's ears, so some source would be handy but there is only twitter i know off...

I think it's well known that they visit these forums for info.
And they generally ignore nearly everything (as per Valve with feedback for CS:GO from their official forum!).

With so much moaning here on GT Planet (guilty as charged), I'm not suprised that they don't have an official channel. Can you imagine the man hours it would take to go through all the complaints & suggestions? That said, if we had a separate feedback forum dedicated only to constructive criticism, one that was heavily policed by the mods, then I'm guessing PD might find it easier to stomach.

A dedicated channel is not required. With an hour or two on this forum regularly, you can learn the basic complaints and positive feedback. No need to complicate it. My 2 cents worth. :)

While I like the idea, I've seen way too many duplicate bug reports and threads here and there as a number of posters evidently don't like using the search tools.

If the (relatively niche) unofficial patch bug trackers like those of the various Bethsoft games are any indicator, it'll be quite a task to moderate and maintain the list. Also, PD seems to prefer lurking instead of directly engaging the community at this level.

And the main pages dedicated to suggestions and glitches respectively, do not have the attention of their own creators in summarising and prioritising the main points of concern...
:gtplanet: is not an official point of contact for Sony and Playstation, unlike http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Gran-Turismo/bd-p/65 for example.
How many of the avid fans here have actually bothered to post their comments to Polyphony Digital directly?
It'd be poor public relations to ignore communications, detailing genuine concerns, received directly from an end user personally.
