Welcome All!

If you've ever wanted to be a police officer, fire man, paramedic or one of the other great roles then keep reading.

My names Chris, I created this group because like you I enjoy doing role play. If im ever unavailable my good friend sgtsammac is second in control.
To the basics, I do a lobby every Sunday around 5pm (GTM), some nights we'll do a scenario E.g. Police Convoy, Prison Break etc and others we'll have fun with our chosen roles.

One thing you lot need to know, unlike my friend sgtsammac I don't take any B/S, so do what your told, when your told to do it or you will be kicked.

We use the TBoGT DLC only so you can only join if you have it.

Force Matrix

the force matrix simply means the amount of equal force used upon a suspect whom is being arrest or secured. Please follow the list of examples that are given below.

Force Level 1
- Suspect may be verbally assaulting you or others
- Suspect starts to show aggression in his tone of speaking
- Suspect may be taunting you, or using foul language

Your Actions:
At this point in time you are not authorized to use any physical means of force at all. You may issue verbal warnings at this point in an attempt to calm down the suspect. No hands on or support equipment required.

Force Level 2
- Suspect has committed a crime
- Suspect is disobeying direct orders from a LEO
- Suspect is starting to hint at violent actions
- Suspect is starting to make aggressive movements with his body
- Suspect may seem to be preparing for a physical engagement
- Suspect is increasingly getting worse with his aggression in his tone against you, or others
- Suspect is showing disrespect against you or another person

Your Actions:
At this point in time you are not authorized to use any secondary equipment. Call for assistance using a Code 2 Backup request, and move to a hands on approach of trying to escort the person from the situation or away from potential victims using voice commands and light gestures. ((* Jesse Ventura gently pushes the man in the other direction)).

Force Level 3
- Suspect has committed a crime
- Suspect may be using physical contact against you or another person
- Suspect may be using a non lethal weapon on you or another person
- Suspect may be threatening your life or another persons life
- Suspect is actively involved in any physical fight

Your Actions:
At this time you are only allowed to only use a tazer* to detain the suspect. You are to call in for code three backup from other Troopers at this time. Under no circumstances should you withdraw your firearm unless the situation reaches force level 4 for a serious assault or crime.

Force Level 4
- Suspect has done or is committing a felony crime
- Suspect is brandishing a firearm
- Suspect is assaulting another person with a vehicle
- Suspect has placed your life or another persons life in danger
- Suspect is seriously assaulting another person ((causing the person or you to be on low health))

Your Actions:

At this point and time we observe that the suspect is possibly threatening another human life. At this point and time you are allowed to upholster your firearm and take aim on the suspect. Under no means should you ever fire unless the force level reaches 5. Also you are NEVER to tazer any suspect that is actively discharging a firearm. Note: If you warn someone to put away/drop a firearm and they do not comply, after the fifth warning you are expected to use your own judgment on how to handle the situation.

Force Level 5
- Suspect has done or is committing a serious felony crime
-Suspect is in the act of seriously assaulting you or another person to near death
- Suspect has a firearm and is aiming at you or other civilians
- Suspect may be firing the firearm at you or other civilians
- Suspect may be in a car attempting to hit you or other civilians
- Suspect is fleeing in a vehicle after three warnings have been issued
- Suspect has a hostage

Your Actions:
At this point you are allowed to open fire at the suspect and shoot to kill. You are to do your best to avoid these situations but if they occur you are authorized to use deadly force.

*Tazer= calling TAZER over the radio and firing ONE shot from your handgun.

If we get more people i wilt update the OP and start doing lobbies. If you have any friends that would like to join then post they're PSN ID here.

Awesome.

By the way, forgot to add I have both TBOGT and Original.

also, Silen7Sniper7, I may need your SC duties in GT5 soon (If you are free on sundays)

This seems like it could go well, S7S7, Would there be any need for.. Say pilots in the police line?

Also any ideas for what these RP's may consist of?

Yes if we do cops & crooks or a convoy with police escort we would need a couple of helicopter's to watch us.

Not at all, im updating the OP now, couple more people & i'll do a lobby.

EDIT: Thats everyone added, would you lot be up for it today?
Plus this would be great to try out on GTA V.

Yea sure i can do it whenever. Also on normal GTA i can serve as a road cop due to only the annihilator being the only law enforcement helicopter for that version.. It could work.. but i don't mind.

Ok, I was thinking a convoy with police escort today? Then just normal life RP with people as their chosen roles.

Copy that, I'm ready to go whenever, also when it comes to mic's on the police banter is it realistic comms or just semi-realistic? Because well.. i know NATO Voice procedure. and i can learn police 10 numbers and Codes easily.

That is pretty epic my friend :) we weren't going to but if the police right them all down then we will.

EDIT: Before I forget i'm leaving the lobby open for more people to join BUT if I choose to kick them then EVERYONE has to!

Heh heh.. Its just me.. When i get bored i learn that sort of thing, Primarily the nato considering i would like to go into the armed forces within 6 years, and yea i can provide links on request to players serving as officers in this. Say.. what time were you thinking of doing it today?

Not till later today, I have corrupt data on my hard disk & i've decided to wipe it clean so that will take a couple of hours :( but once its done i'll be straight on to GTA.

Lol, being honest i have that game.. but i suck at racing games so i just left it with my dad after playing it once, its his anyway. i only joined this forums because of this thread, Ha ha.

haha, fair enough, I was surprised when I saw that people commented on this thread anyway.

So I guess just stealing random cars on the street is an offence and stuff, but also we could have a couple of people stage a robbery at a certain bank, and they have to get to a boat or a helicopter and escape before the police get them or something?

That sounds like a good idea, a bank robbery is also a good reason to call in the Annhilator (UH-60) or police maverick, depending on what version we are playing.

EDIT: Oh yea guys.. I was think today if we do this we can just go with the flow, get to know each other ect.. But when we do proper RP's we should set up an agenda, "Script", Story, whats going to happen.. Ect. Anyone agree with me?

I'm completely clearing my hard drive and it won't be done until 5 :( then i have to re-install everything so you guys do something if you want. If not I'll be back by 7 i think.

Hmm... Unlucky S7S7. If you want i can host a small session this afternoon if anyone wants to. If not no problem, i can come on this evening.

Back
