looks like the room's been idle for a long while. I don't like the gamesnet server anyhow, too slow for my liking. I'll start one on the server irc.ctcp.net. to get to that server, in the events window, type "/server irc.ctcp.net" then type "/join #GTP". I should be waiting by the time anyone arrives...
 
It is now STICKY! Question on consistancy, is it #GTP or #gtplanet as originally stated?
 
in Irc.ctcp.net it's #gtp, in the gamesnet server it's #gtplanet. we should decide on which one to go with, though...

I say that we should go with Ctcp.net just because it's less crowded and there are more services available...
 
no, no payment is required (at least not on ctcp.net, I'm not sure about gamesnet though...). mIRC.exe is a free program, and registering is free...
 
I AM rite now in BOTH servers, and its EMPTY. you know, I think that if this is gonna get serious, we might want to add a link on top of the page, to this thread, or directly to the channle, adding a java-mirc aplication. I am in a irc community that is IRCmanga.com, set up by animedia.com.mx and in the page, they have a link to the chat, end even to the channel directly. and members from that community who have webapges link directly to theur page's channel, so its no big deal. Id love to irc with all of you. its a cool community, and its a shame that nobody is around. we should be at irc as long as we are in GTP. I see lots of GTP members logged in in the forums, but none on neither two servers.
