Fully tuned down to 475

i love how this makes no sense at all lol! but ya this "season" is really a big test to see if this thing works. also ive noticed people saying tomorrow is the first race, its suppposed to be a practice, the race is supposed to be saturday, we can change this and do 2 races per weekend thatd be cool too whatever works for more people, i know we have multiple time zones and people have work and lives!

I think we just stick to Saturday racing because that works for everyone right

So the first 16 people in the room make the race?

And who is running what car?

The idea here though is to be sensible with your upgrades, I would have thought.

Oh, as for the 458 Italia being easily the best... That's a pretty big statement to make before the start of the event. Is there evidence that might back this up?
IMO you should put restrictions in place otherwise people could go modification mad.

Also me and Mont have raced GT cars previosuly and the 458 needed to be significantly heavier if not it would outrun the field.
You need to nerf it with weight like how you would nerf a Viper's power output.

That's why I chose the DP class this season (besides the fact Niop is in it). :p

Anyway I'd like to see the qualifying and start procedures soon and if possible a finalized start time.

Procedure for qualifying is 10 minutes for dp and 10 minutes for gt (dp first) race procedure no cautions as of now and for the formation lap the dp cars will roll off the grid and once they go threw turn 1 the gt cars will start. Speed is about 75ish mph (not sure how many kph that is) and regarding the cars not being even: the r8 and 458 are quite equal the other cars are at a disadvantage, how much will be seen tonight we haven't had too many people show up to the tests so we haven't really seen the differences yet and are you guys thinking this is a points race?

So is there a race today? It mentions the 'real season' is today. If so I have to sleep earlier due to the time zone difference.

No It's tomorrow but today is practice everyone thinks the race is today

Who am I add to PSN so I can practice for the race tonight?

I'm in my lounge and had some practice today with the Viper.
Did a 1:49.289 with default settings

I wanted to try the 458 and did a 1:46.460 first lap with default settings

Then I said what the hell I tried the R8 5.2 did a 1:46.7 second lap(crashed first lap) also with default settings and 10/90 torque split.

I could probably shave maybe half a second off the 458 with tuning but probably not the R8 as I'm not fond of AWD.

Will everyone please look at the thread I made called NASCAR top series taking entries

Would you guys like to qualify at the end of practice tonight or show up for the race early tomorrow and do it then

Frankly I'm still confused on the whole practice situation I thought it was starting now at 7pm EST. Is practice little a mock race or just free run with all the drivers?

As I saw it was only me and you online I couldn't convince my wife I was busy enough to prolong my practice time. So if I get back home early I will let you know...

I can't make the practice because my brother wants to use the PS3 and mom backed him up... I did convince everyone in my house that I have to race tomorrow, so il see everyone then.
